Good Golly Miss Molly

Russ and I went riding the four wheeler and he is always picking things up and looking at them. Here is a snapshot of him doing just that. He just looks so peaceful and content with his findings!

a little something...

so as i had said, i have been learning photoshop. well one of the main things people like to do is selective coloring. there have been many tutorials out there and i have tried all of them. but i am not the most computer savy person and i am a visual learner. so needless to say most of the tutorials did not work for me! well i did run across this one tutorial and she had pictures of what to do, so it made this task at hand easier than ever! i am so happy to be caught up with the rest of the world on this technique. i found this little flower aka weed, growing in with the grass. so i decided to take a shot at it! here ya go!

Time flies by way to fast. I didn't realize that it has been one month and one day since my last post!!! Geesh! But during that time I have finished the three week course, with an A of course! and spent time with my family, taken photos, and just relaxed! Now that I am officially on my summer vacation till September 4th, 2008, I am going to use my time wisely! Anyways, I am gonna catch up on scrapbookin, sewing, and much needed time to rest! Here are a few pictures that I am going to leave you with today.... Please enjoy....

If you look closely, you can see the baby bird out of the nest. He is getting ready to fly from mama and daddy!

Here is the same little guy who just flew the coupe. He was making so much noise on the porch that I was lucky enough to get this shot!!!

Happy Father's Day...

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful daddy's in the world. Even though we currently have no children of our own, we still celebrate with our furry little ones. They are our pride and joy, the apple of our twinkling eyes, the peas in the pod!!! Anyways, the things daddys will do for the little ones!
He will take us for a four wheeler ride!

He doesn't like us to be on the couch, but for his little girls, he bends the rules:]...

He takes us to the most wonderfulest place on earth! The creek. He runs up and down the stream with us!

Hope everyone had a great weekend with their daddy!

Please Help!

I found this link on someone else's blog while blogging around. For every click, the site will put food in a animals mouth. Everyday as I drive to school or just to go shopping, I see so many animals that are starving and need help. This site does exactly that! They help! Last year, I recently became the owner of a stray dog. I really do not like the word stray, but she was starving, very weak, and very timid. Someone starved her, beat her, and threw her out like yesterday's trash. My husband and I took her in, fed her, bathed her and gave her a cozy and warm place to sleep at night. She turned out to be one of the best dogs in the whole world! We gave her name and her name is Maggie Moo. If you scroll down on the right she is pictured with her other brother and sister! She loves playing ball. She is actually OCD about it and is just so much fun. As well as her other siblings are as well. Maggie is different though. She wasn't born with the same privileges like my other dogs and did not get to have a proper puppyhood! I know, I know, I am a sap. But they are my "kids" and I was so sad when I saw the condition of this poor dog! I just knew we had to take her in! Anyways, I could go on forever about Maggie, but the point is, I saved a dog, so can you! So just click on the link (it's free!!) to the right and make a difference!!! Thanx for blogging by!
